Kind to everyone.
But what about you?

For all your “sure, I’ll handle it”s that leave no room for you. Eight fairy tales, a weekend in nature, workshops and shows – all about how to stop shrinking yourself and start taking your own feelings, needs and body seriously.

You handle everything – except yourself.
“Everyone around me must be happy. Pursuing my dreams is wrong. I can’t say no to anyone.”
Sound familiar? You answer every email – except the one from the person who really matters to you? You’re reliable, at work and at home. But when someone asks what you want, suddenly you don’t know?
Sound familiar?
Flip the card for a little pause.
“I don’t want to let anyone down.”
If you didn’t have to please anyone today, what would you say yes to — and what would you say no to?
Feel free to keep the answer to yourself.
“I’ll have time for myself later.”
What small treat would you give yourself today if you didn’t have to get absolutely everything done first?
Feel free to keep the answer to yourself.
“I guess I’m just too sensitive.”
What does your sensitivity help you notice — and what would you need so it didn’t drain you so much?
Feel free to keep the answer to yourself.

“In eight stories and one ‘fairy-tale-like’ tale you’ll find plenty of advice and exercises on how to treat yourselves better and turn your own fairy tale into a story with a joyful ending.”

USEBE Weekend
Karolína Dobiášková, participant
Since the USEBE weekend I say NO admirably often for my taste. Sometimes it even catches me off guard. I practise it on little things so I can say it calmly. Sometimes it works, and then now and again there’s a big reward – when I hear my daughter playing and suddenly saying, completely calmly: “No, I don’t like that.” Hearing “no” is actually a joy for me. It’s definitely a thousand times better than silence.

EXPOWorkshops
Anet Navrátilová, book launch guest
My thoughts kept going back to that beautiful evening for a long time. It truly moved me and left a trace of kindness in me, along with the urge to take further steps.
I can’t understand how one person can hold so many wonderful talents, words and thoughts – and pass them on in such a beautiful, kind voice.
But in the end, what stayed with me most was Marta’s kindness. She enriches everyone around her with it.

AUTODIShows
Markéta Hopalová, student
I was surprised how safe a space could be created in just a few hours. I didn’t have to prove anything or put on a show. Just be. Maybe that’s why I felt for the first time that my sensitivity isn’t a problem that needs fixing. Quite the opposite. That it can be a source of strength once you start to understand it.
