A story you can rewrite
The weekend is inspired by our own Not So Fair Fairy Tale about the Poor Little Plant.
About a little plant that kept shrinking, stepping aside for others and forgetting about herself, until...?
That depends on you, too. A fairy tale you’ll taste with all your senses runs through the weekend like a thread. And maybe it will help you see your own story in a new light.

What will you take home from the weekend?
A deep experience

instead of theory.
Contact with your inner strength,
that helps you stand firmly in yourself and up for yourself.

The experience of women supporting women,
safe sharing and inspiring each other.

Practical techniques for everyday life:
how to come back to yourself,
how to calm your mind and relax,
how to grow kindness and compassion towards yourself,
how to communicate your needs and feelings.

A space full of playfulness,
creativity, humour and discovery.

The u·s·e·b·e workshop combines psychology, art and your own body. Because you can’t fool your body.
The weekend is inspired by the Not So Fair Fairy Tale about Poor Little Plant, who kept shrinking and stepping aside for others until she wilted away. The u•s•e•b•e workshop combines psychology, art and your own body. We believe art speaks straight to the heart. In the same way, connecting with bodily experience bypasses the mind’s urge to rationalise and lets you be more in touch with yourself. As we like to say – you can’t fool your body.
What the workshop includes:
-
literapy ~ reflecting on your own life story through working with the fairy-tale text and painting
-
movement, voice and breathing exercises ~ strengthening your sense of your body, its signals and ways to work with them effectively
-
creative therapeutic dance
-
sharing and non-violent communication ~ talking about your experiences in a safe and supportive space, an introduction to non-violent communication

Who is the weekend for?
For women of all ages who want to understand themselves better and are open to new ways of self-discovery. No previous experience with therapy, dance or art needed – just curiosity and a willingness to give yourself some time.
Make time for yourself – USEBE – not in a year, two or ten, not once you find a better job or the kids are grown up. Now!
