Workshops & Shows
Not So Fair Fairy Tales are more than a book. They create space for meeting, sharing and discovering yourself.

We create original theatre shows, author readings, discussions, workshops and other experiential programmes inspired by the themes of Not So Fair Fairy Tales. Through stories we open up topics like high sensitivity, setting personal boundaries, self-acceptance, self-awareness and decision-making.

Our aim is to turn the fairy tales from something you read into something you live.

To help (not only) highly sensitive people better notice and respect their needs, feelings and boundaries. To create a safe space for growing resilience, courage and discovering new possibilities. To support a creative approach to life and consciously taking responsibility for your own life.
We split our activities into two main categories, which often overlap and complement each other. In our activities we use elements of:
creative movement, dance and rhythm
theatre and music improvisation
storytelling
embodiment
physical poetry
immersive and interactive theatre
art therapy
author readings
body and voice work
reflection and sharing

Who it’s for
The programmes are for adults, teenagers, children and mixed groups. They speak to anyone who wants to discover themselves through story, movement and creativity.
No previous experience with theatre or art needed.

Tailor-made
Each show and workshop can be adapted to a specific group of participants, age, topic, space and type of event.
We often combine AUTODI and EXPODI into one format, where the theatre experience flows smoothly into a workshop and back again.
